Ipamorelin

NNC 26-0161 · Pentapeptide GHRP

A fifth-generation, highly selective growth hormone releasing peptide (GHRP). Induces clean, discrete GH pulses without elevating cortisol or prolactin — unlike earlier GHRPs. Frequently studied in combination with GHRH analogs for synergistic GH axis stimulation, lean mass, and sleep architecture research.

Melanotan I

Afamelanotide · [Nle4, D-Phe7]-α-MSH Tridecapeptide

A linear 13-amino-acid analog of α-MSH that selectively activates MC1R on melanocytes to stimulate genuine eumelanin production. More receptor-selective than Melanotan II, it does not significantly activate MC3R or MC4R and is therefore not associated with the sexual arousal or appetite effects seen with its non-selective counterpart. FDA-approved as Scenesse for erythropoietic protoporphyria, a rare disorder causing extreme photosensitivity. Research also spans hepatoprotective and anti-inflammatory melanocortin signaling.
